By ticking the consent box and sending the “Tell me about your project” form on https://irina-grigoreva.dev/, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give the Operator named above my consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

  1. Purpose

    Reviewing my inquiry, contacting me via the contact details I provided in order to reply, discussing the task and preparing a proposal for possible cooperation.

  2. Personal data covered

    • contact details: an email address or a Telegram username;
    • information I include in the description of the task, to the extent it relates to me;
    • the date and time of the inquiry and a record of this consent, including its revision.

    Information about the project that I choose in the form is processed as well: the project type and, if I give it, an approximate budget.

  3. Processing operations

    Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is automated. The personal data is not made public.

  4. Where the data is stored

    The form sends the data from the browser over a secure connection (HTTPS) directly to a server located in the Russian Federation, where it is recorded and stored in a database. The server is provided by a hosting provider under a hosting services agreement. Access to inquiries is password-protected and limited to the Operator.

  5. Notifications

    To let the Operator know about a new inquiry, the server sends a technical notification via a Telegram bot. The notification contains none of my personal data: only the project type, a random number and the date of the inquiry.

  6. Duration and withdrawal

    This consent is valid until the purpose of processing is achieved or until it is withdrawn. I can withdraw it at any time by writing to hello@irina-grigoreva.dev. Once the purpose is achieved or the withdrawal is received, the personal data is destroyed within 30 days unless the law or an agreement with me provides otherwise.

  7. Voluntary

    The form cannot be sent without this consent. I can contact the Operator in other ways — by email or on Telegram as listed on the Website; that processing is governed by the Privacy policy: https://irina-grigoreva.dev/en/policy
