Self-Storage Booking Platform

A commercial booking platform for a multi-location self-storage business. I developed unit availability and pricing, reservation and move-in flows, a multi-step checkout, saved payment methods, autopay, insurance scenarios, the customer dashboard and the integration with a third-party storage-management API.

Commercial project completed as part of an agency team. Client identity and live URL are not disclosed.

Challenge

Renting a unit had to happen fully online — from choosing a facility to payment — while units, prices and leases live in an external storage management system.

Solution

  • 01 Unit availability and pricing synced with a third-party storage-management system over its API.
  • 02 Reservation, move-in and a multi-step Vue 3 checkout with validation at every step.
  • 03 Saved payment methods, autopay and insurance scenarios.
  • 04 Tenant dashboard built on top of WordPress and the REST API.

Result

The whole customer journey — search, booking, payment and lease management — runs online on the production site.
